Meter Dashboard allows users to configure and opt-in to receive email alerts for their network(s).
We currently offer email alerts for the following and are actively adding more, so the options will continue to expand.
- WAN degradation - refers to a decline in the performance or quality of the internet connection provided by your ISP. If the ISP quality falls below 95%, an alert will be sent.
- WAN Status Change - refers to a shift in the state of your WAN connection, such as a failover event from primary ISP to backup ISP. or vice versa
- WAN Down - refers to when all ISP connections are offline, triggering the Security Appliance to failover to LTE, allowing only management traffic to pass for monitoring
- WAN Up - refers to when all ISP connections are back online
