What does this alert mean?
The WAN Up alert will typically follow a WAN Down alert after ISP restoration. WAN Up indicates that at least one ISP circuit is up and running, and the Meter Security Appliance is no longer on management LTE.
What do I do if I receive this alert?
If the location only has a single ISP connection, no action is needed. If there are multiple connections, log into dashboard.meter.com and ensure they both report 100% quality on the Network Insights page.
To see how many ISP connections a location has, navigate to network-wide > ISPs.
If a site has multiple connections and only one is up and running, continue following the steps in WAN Down to resolve ISP issues.
