What does this alert mean?
Wan Degradation indicates ISP quality has fallen below the configured Threshold for more than 5 minutes, the default being 60%.
What do I do if I receive this alert?
The ISP may be experiencing a partial outage, or WAN settings may need to be adjusted. Contact Meter Support for guidance.
It is Meter’s top priority to ensure that the network is up and running. Please contact Meter Support by opening a ticket in the Meter Dashboard.
