How to perform the Speed test

Please perform a speed test using speedtest.meter.network
This test determines the local network's health to the meter gateway.
Explanation: This speedtest is local, meaning that it only measures the Wi-Fi connection between your system and the Meter equipment on site. The results will be different than a speed test using a service on the internet. We ask for both test so that we can compare the differences

Please provide us with an Internet speed test on fast.com
This test will determine the overall connection health to the internet.
Explanation: This test is performed using a service outside your local network. This test will show different results from the one taken using speedtest.meter.network.
How to check Mackbook Wi-Fi information

On your Mac

Press and hold the Option key, click the Wi-Fi status icon in the menu bar

In your command line type
ipconfig /all
and hit enter.-

How to locate the Floorplan for your office

Log into Meter Dashboard: dashboard.meter.com

Navigate to the Access Points tab on the left

Floor plans are available on the top under "Floor plan"
Providing the location of where the issue is occurring in your space can help the Meter Support team resolve the issue faster and more efficiently. You can find the Floorplan on the Meter Dashboard
